Supervisory Board

Mr. Manfred Wissmann, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Wissmann has 30 years of professional experience as a lawyer. For app. 20 years, he has specialized in tax law. Mainly, he focuses on corporate law. In particular, he is consulting stock-listed corporations. He was senior partner in a supra-regional law firm in Mannheim, employing about 30 lawyers. Thereafter, in September 2006, he founded his own law firm "Wissmann & Partner" with several partners. Mr Wissmann was already supervisory board member for several corporations. Presently too, he is member of various supervisory boards. Further he acts as management board member of the bar association Karlsruhe. As experienced lawyer, he has a university teaching position at the University of Heidelberg. Also, he has issued numerous publications covering his area of expertise.

Mr. Alex Fang, Vice Chairman of the Board

Alex is a founding partner at eGARDEN Venture, one of the major investors of Dowslake Microsystem. He specializes in funding early stage technology companies in US and China within eGARDEN or other investment firms he is associated with.

Alex earned his MBA in general management from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, Illinois, USA, and his Bachlor's Degree in Accounting & Auditing from University of Sounthern California. Alex is certified by American Institute of Certiffied Public Accountants since 1994

Mr. Stefan J. Weidner, Member of the Board

Mr. Weidner collected comprehensive experience as financial expert. Among others, this is based on his occupation with Salomon Brothers Inc. in London and New York as well as with Price Waterhouse GmbH in Frankfurt on Main where he was responsible for corporate finance. His tasks mainly included mergers & acquisitions, company valuations as well as IPO support mainly in the area of telecommunications and automotive. He studied economics with emphasis on finance (controlling, accounting, strategic and international management, bank management) at the University of Erlangen-Nurnberg and graduated with diploma in 1992.

Mr. Jürgen Schröder, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Andreas Hennig, Vice President R&D Ethernet/IP Solutions

Mr. Hennig has 18 years experience in research and development of advanced communications products, with the last few years focusing on Ethernet and IP technologies.

Mr. Hennig joined Pandatel in 2003. He has led Pandatel's Hannover team - a group of experts in Ethernet and IP technologies - to establish a new competence center for the development of next generation Ethernet products.

Mr. Hennig and the team were credited for Pandatel's flagship TDM over IP and Ethernet For Last Mile products. In 2004, he took over the responsibility for the entire Pandatel R&D team

Prior joining Pandatel, Mr. Hennig was with Keymile, an access equipment provider. He was responsible for the system architecture and the development of a packet based access system with the main focus on new services and technologies like multimedia over IP and VDSL.

Before Keymile, Mr. Hennig was with Alcatel for 12 years where he was
leading the DSL department of Alcatel within the wireline business unit. The DSL department led by Mr. Hennig represented the HDSL competence center for Alcatel worldwide, for which he had close interactions with Alcatel's other business units or departments located all over the world. Under his responsibility, Alcatel became market leader for HDSL systems.

Mr. Hennig holds several patents in optical and copper transmission
technologies. He has an Engineer Degree (Dipl. - Ing.) from Hannover Technical University.

Mr. Munther Jadallah, Vice President Sales

Mr. Jadallah has over 20 year experience in the sales and marketing of Telecom and IT equipment.

Since joining Pandatel in 1993, Mr. Jadallah has been instrumental in identifying and building key partnerships worldwide, as well as promoting Pandatel and increasing Pandatel's market awareness globally.

In 1998 Mr. Jadallah became Director of Sales & Marketing, Pandatel Asia, located in Singapore, creating a network of resellers and managing Pandatel operations including sales and technical support for the entire region of Asia Pacific. He has taken over the responsibility for Pandatel sales in the Middle East since end of 2005.

Before joining Pandatel, Mr. Jadallah had held sales and marketing positions at various organizations for a wide range of IT products.

Mr. Jadallah has a Bachlor's Degree in Business Administration from Campbell University, North Carolina USA.

Dr. C. Forrest Ma, Director Product Strategy & Marketing

First class talent in architecting and system engineering for WDM, SONET/SDH, OTN/Ethernet transport system from OXC/ROADM to packet switching, Dr. Ma joined Pandatel in September 2006 from Lambda Optical Networks.

Dr. Ma was the system architect at Lambda from 2001, responsible for architecturing, designing, implementing and promoting the leading-edge Wavelength Crossconnect/OADM, broadband crossconnect, and Ethernet based packet crossconnect optical transport systems for metro/regional applications.

Prior joining Lambda, Dr. Ma was a Bell Labs member of technical staff at Lucent Technologies from 1995 to 2000, specializing in advanced optical components up to 10 Gbps. Before Lucent, he also worked on opto-electronic devices at Bell Northern Research (BNR), Nortel Networks from 1992 to 1995 and has won President's Research Award of BNR.

Dr. Ma has a Doctor's Degree in Eletrical Engineering from School of Engineering Sciences, Simon Fraser University, British Columbia, Canada, a Master's Degree in Physics from Department of Physics, University of British Columbia, Canada, and a Bachlor Degree from Department of Physics, Peking University, Beijing, China.

Dr. Ma has been a memebr of ITU-T Study Group 15 (Optical transport networks), representing Telecom Italia while working at Lambda on ROADM.
