Liquidation resolved
Hannover-based Pandatel AG will be liquidated. This is the result of its annual general meeting at 14 August 2007. Shareholders will likely receive liquidation proceeds between 36 and 62 Cents per share, subject to lawsuits and claims that were unknown at the time of shareholder meeting. CEO, Dr. Dan D. Yang is disappointed and regrets current developments.
